We deliver order with Coolrunner, which is delivered directly to the door.

Delivery to the curb is under your own responsibility.

Right of Withdrawal

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

If the order consists of multiple lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the date you receive the last lot or the last part.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from the reception, to let us know that you will cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use the default cancellation form, which you find at the bottom of the terms of trade.


You cannot undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.


Withdrawal of a Part of an Order

If you have purchased more items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even though they are purchased in one order.


Please note that you pay your shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.



Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.


You must pay for the package returned, and you will be liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Compared to the cost of return, the cheapest solution is taken.

In case the package is lost, the customer is responsible. We therefore recommend Track & Trace during shipment in order to track the package.


No Right of Withdrawal

The following agreement cannot be returned:


Delivery of goods made according to your specifications or having a distinctive personal touch. Delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

The Condition of the Product When You Return It

You are liable for any deterioration of the value of the item that is made due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it for real use.


If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value.


We recommend returning the item to the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.


Repayment of Purchase Amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount for which you are liable.


We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery form than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) within 14 days from the date we receive your delivery message that you want to undo the agreement.

We will return the money with the same payment method you used to purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.


We can withhold payment until we receive the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation.


You must advertise within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.


If your claim is warranted, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
